Leadership Coaching sessions are scheduled with the participant after the kick-off.
Preparing for Your Program: Begin Your Journey
Prior to participating in this program, there will be pre-work. It is required that participants do their assessments and other pre-program work to ensure learning is personalized and they get the maximum benefit from the SLDP experience.
Additionally, in the two weeks prior to the start of the program, you will be invited to a live online welcome session.
Tuition
$4,750 per person
Volume pricing options are available for organizations wishing to develop multiple leaders or run the entire program on-site. There is an 8-leader minimum for onsite programs.
